Sounds like he died satisfied with his price. Those types of boats are the hardest to negotiate for as the seller remembers the boat as pristine whilst he has perhaps not actually been aboard in... |

I think the PDQ type locker setup is best also used on the Maine Cat 30. I basically copied the Maine Cat design for the Vardo as one was docked 1/2 mile from my house and my engine actually were his... |

My boat is 5 tonne loaded.. To be sporting, if you'll remove all your engine accessories and weigh them. I'll provide a sail drive for you to tow. |

Like most other expert consultant engineer types you fail to use real numbers! The Honda specs are compete with prop just add 1L or gearcase oil. The yanmars are dry add, antifreeze, exhaust... |

You already have a big cat/ motor boat there. I have a 34' performance sailboat. So you stick 1000 pounds plus the drag it makes a big difference. Kinda like putting a 1000 lbs. |

I'd guess my 34' cat would be a knot slower in light winds with diesels. So would I prefer diesel? NO I prefer to sail! |
