    Hi Boatguy,
    The Martec prop arrived and it's very nice, thanks! Can't wait to try it out.

    Just a quick question. The Martec web site speaks of 4 Monel cotter pins for locking the shaft nut and the pivot pin. Are those the same as stainless "rolled spring" pins, which look like small (1/8"th) flush fitting, split, stainless tubes? There are no pics of them on the Martec web site and I'm trying to source them here, but are not sure of the type.

    Hope I have the right guy re cat1,its a pain you must know about it,but my boat is being british regd,although I have had the plans checked & no problem & have most gear needed & my mate has done about 50000nm & Im a retired skipper,plus my boat has just about been round NZ with the right window will do it easy to Tonga.cheers.
