I hope a year? Same as here then, it will no doubt rise when the other rate payers find out how much the city is loosing on the moorings and they need to service the debts on the fancy new yacht... |

In the US anyway, the actual marina facilities were often paid for by cities or state or federal governments. Corporations convince the politicians, they give money to, to privatize the management... |

Most marinas in the us are now run or owned by corporations. Assume the same is happening everywhere. Shareholder demand increasing returns, therefore prices keep going up. At some point well... |
