Ohhh. Thought they looked to organized in rows for a bunch of independent minded sailors to have created! Are distances from moored boats to facilities too great to be be practical for my 8' rowing...

Appears so since I easily found the Home Depot, grocer store, and looked like a hundred boats anchored there. Thanks for all the suggestions. Please keep then coming.
