Somewhat related, the Fram oil filter shown in their catalog as the one for the W46 has a convex mounting plate where as the OEM part is concave. The Fram will not seal against leakage. This is from...

I'm pretty sure that this engine was used in some BobCat skid loaders and backhoes.

The W46 is a 127 ci Mitsubishi. Full manuals are online at W/beke site under older engines. I get great service from Marine Gear in Ft L/dale. iirc, 2nd Ave SE. Behind Lesters Diner.
