Nah not squeamish at all. Not sure I'd do a very good job as a butcher though but I'd give it a go.

How hard is it to catch fish while cruising. Sure seems like a lot of em in the Caribbean.

When I was in the UK in 2009 the grocery stores only had candy and edible garbage for sale. I might have found some cheese or something...

I was in Marigot for quite some time but now I'm back at work many degrees north (brrr) I will look out for that canned butter in the future. Probably will be back in the Caribbean by next winter...

Haha awesome! I'm kind of the same way. I'd been trying the normal methods of staying lean for ages but found conventional wisdom was not so wise, after some research and trial and error keto found...

Thanks for the tip, I will try the egg turning thing.

No beans on keto, I like canned white beans in molasses with butter and sourdough toast but I think even the beans alone without the molasses...

Yes I love coconut oil, not so much on its own but with some Kerrygold butter and licorice tea it has a sweet aftertaste with zero carbs

Have you tried it? I tried to find fois gras on St Martin last month but was unable to. I wouldn't imagine it lasts long without refrigeration, though. Is it good?

I think milk usually contains hidden carbs, no? I find when I drink it I get bloated.
