That was a very realistic observation. I call them port sailors. However, not all. Yes, I agree that is why the price is lower.

However, is that not better for the general market of real sailors ?...

I modified her in a shipyard in Danao. I made a lot of storage places. Because I do not like stuff around. Plenty. Regarding water 400 liters but I had a watermaker. Fuel 110 lt. but seldom motored...

To weather is a tough one always.
Just for your info, I bought Siren in Hong Kong as a pure racer. I wanted a fast cruiser. So I took her to a shipyard in the Philippines. It took me only 52 hours...

It is hand made by Jon Sayer. Using cedar wood west system. The bottom is E-glass and the bow is super reinforced. Very stiff boat. The whole boat is insulated using 3M 5cm lightweight yacht...
