Hello Jim, the simple reason we went down to 55kg was that was the largest Vulcan they made. According to the sizing guide it should handle up to a 100,000# boat of our length.

Hello Jim,
We use a 55kg Vulcan, it’s a replacement for our 80kg Mantus. We replaced the Mantus for the simple reason it was too difficult to launch and retrieve.
