We have decided to walk away from the boat. The guy refuses to answers any questions about the accident and why the floors and ceiling panels need to replaced. I really appreciate everyone's opinions...

I really appreciate all the info and advice. It gives a lot of food for thought. I'm waiting on a call back to ask lots of questions before looking at her. I'm thinking the boat hasn't been sunk...

The boat does come with a new mast and the original mast and rigging. Here is a copy of the info that I have:
