Well, my boat come with a Magma, which is still working ok. When it dies, I will buy a cheap one. FYI, the cheap ones are considerably less than $29.95 at Walmart.

I soak the wood chips and then wrap them in foil. I poke a few holes in the foil to let the smoke out. BTW you can use salt water so long as you remember to use a little less salt on the meat or...

I use a magma grill --propane--with mesquite chips + KC spicy original. Everything tastes pretty good. Yes, I have recipes for barbeque sauce from scratch, but it's too much trouble and it's hard...
