They tell me it's a year, but ours had been done for 5 years when we got it and it still produced 300 ppm water. If you have a tds meter you can always try it. |

It sounds like you might have. WWhat you need is a pump maintenance kit. All the seals and o-rings probably dried out while it sat. A pump maintenance kit comes with all new seals and o-rings. |

That is correct. They leaked from the end caps some as well and I agree they weren't smooth enough, but I might have been able to work on that, but there's no fixing the leaks through the sides. ... |

Don't try DIY water makers. They have recently gone to carbon fiber pressure vessels and they don't work. I tried them and have gone through 4 without any of them holding water. One failed under... |
