If you eat it and then poop it into a head (or even a bucket) , it becomes "raw sewage" and cannot be pumped overboard within three miles of shore (more in some places). If you poop directly... |

Why is it legal to chop up a fish and throw it overboard as "chum" but not legal to throw part of it overboard if you have cooked it and eaten the rest of it? And of course, if you eat the fish... |
