No. Cape Cod Bay is usually quite calm, and Buzzards Bay is generally calmer than the offshore waters. It can blow good from the southwest and build up a chop up Buzzards Bay, but it is nothing... |

For better or worse, we don't sail in average seas on any given day -- we sail in the seas we have (or stay put). Errant tropical storms aside, September generally offers great cruising weather... |
