I totally agree. I pull my Flicka down the Interstate going 75 with my F-250 diesel. I wouldn't attempt it with a 1/2 ton pickup. There is a big difference in the stopping ability between an 1/2 ton...

I am from IL and leave mine at Punta Gorda Marine. They stepped the mast and put it in. When I leave they just put it back on the trailer with the mast up. I leave the truck there too. Pretty skinny...
