Dismal swamp depths

Looking for general consensus for preventing wire slap in mast. Swimming pool noodles?

Vendor CMP was able to supply me with my 200 ft length at reasonable cost so I am rescinding my offer to share in the cost of a full barrel. Thanks to all who expressed interest.
