Hi we have a MD2030B neutral rev should be 3900rpm, max operational rpm between 3200 and 3600rpm.

We can neutral rev to 3850rpm and underway in flat water 3350rpm.

Take care with power tools with the brass of the heat exchanger easy to damage. I used a .17 air rifle cleaning rod with a brass brush did a great job.

My Farr36 with 29hp volvo at 1700rpm 5 knots, cruises at 2500rpm 6.5knots, 3200-3400rpm tops out at 7.6 knots loaded about 6.5ton.
You need to jump over and have a look at the prop then an engine...
