We are refitting our galley, and the only stove we could get in a decent size is designed to be installed as a solid fixture, I believe I can gimbal it bet the question came up as to weather it needs...

We have bought our yacht which is in Darwin NT. We are planning to sail it home to Mandurah WA in July. Any info about the trip would be greatly appreciated. Especially the lower half of the journey....
