Biography

I am a modern day gypsy, traveling non-stop for the last 8 years, I learnt how to live life as an adventure. After I left Russia, I have lived for some time in the USA and in Italy, got my sociology diploma, became fluent in 3 languages (besides Russian, I speak English, Spanish and Italian). I occasionaly do some seasonal work in the USA and Switzerland to keep up with my travels. I have a second citizenship (USA), which helps a lot crossing borders. For the last 8 years I have travelled through North, Central and South America, Caribbean, Europe, New Zealand, parts of Asia and North Africa. I am enjoying every possible aspect of traveling: people and their way of life, cultures and traditions, music and visual arts, nature and remoteness, cities and megapolises. Above all I love the ocean and the mountains. I am fond of diving, skiing and photography. My favourite part of the world is South America and maybe one day I will end up living there.... But for now I just cant stop traveling!
My plans for the near future are to learn SAILING, travel around Asia, Africa and Australia, sail through Oceania. I went mad about sailing when tried it in San Blas Islands (Panama). Now I am dreaming about sailing around South Pacific... and the whole world!
I have a blog where I try to document my trips, but for now I'm 3 years behind... As I can hardly ever stop and just write :)
Since I am into traveling so much, I am used to moving from place to place and I love the ocean, sailing is a perfect way of living my gypsy life. I'm happy to meet new people, share the sea life with them and enjoy new places!
