Marc, are you going to be in the area or flying in just to view a boat?
Kerr Lake is about 1 hour from RDU airport in the opposite direction as Wilmington. Wilmington is 2 hours from RDU.

IF you plan to put the boat in the Ocean, moving it is no big deal. The owner of the Marina moves boats.
