Hey Bruce, I've been following you along on youtube and also on some of the forums as well. We're proud new owners of a 2004 Hunter 386 that came out of Toronto. We're on the South shore of lake Ontario (Point Breeze). First I want to thank you for the great videos you posted. We got our boat across the lake this past late October and he went right up on the hard for the year.
I have question and I truly hope I am not intruding in anyway. You have the identical inverter charger that we have Magnum 2812. We have it hooked up to our house bank and it seems to work OK. I'm curious as to where you took the hot AC leg out of the inverter and where you hooked it into your boat. Right now we have it on the generator breaker as we don't have a genset. I just don't feel this is right and I though you might be able to shed some light on how your system works.
Thanks for the kind words Bruce!
And that's a great idea for a post, I'll scout around and pull some info on the other marinas I haven't lived in, and write something up.
