I am very sorry to disturb you by a personal ask for help .
I read in an old post from you that you were using png2wx.pl
I tried to use it too . But I was unable to succeed .
Always I got the same message .
Here are my command line and the result (I am on windows vista )

C:\Users\Jean Pierre\Documents\Visual Studio 2008\Projects>png2wx.pl -C src/bitmaps/cross.cpp -H src/bitmaps/cross.hpp -M CROSS_HPP src/bitmaps/cross.png
You need to specify -C, -H options.

I didn't find any information on the net .
It is why I allowed myself to ask you some advices .
