Kennedy Space Center Access From ICW?

We're a liveaboard family, in Ft.Pierce now, heading north. I thought it would be cool to take the kids to the Kennedy Space Center on the way up the ICW. I prefer to anchor and land the dinghy over marinas. I also draw 7.5ft. Can anyone advise where to anchor, land the dinghy and Uber to the space center? .. assuming there is Uber?
Thanks
Zach
