Favorite Beer While on the Boat?

Hope I'm not banished from the forum for this, but I'm not much of a beer drinker myself. I would ten times prefer a rum and coke.

I will say this about Coors: If you've ever visited the brewery in Golden, Colorado and had the product served as it should be, which is to say cold, cold, cold, you'll swear you've never tasted anything better. If Coors, a pasteurized beer, is ever allowed to come to room temperature, you should just flush it - it has been ruined.

Beer before dinner, wine with it and rum and coke after. We can all get along here.

Whew, glad I don't have to leave, I like it here. When I was in St. Thomas last Feb. I couldn't beleive it, you could buy rum for $2.79 for a fifth ( not near as bad tasting as you would think). I had to laugh when I was in the airport. A bottle of water was $2.75. Hmm, lets see a bottle of rum for 2.79 or a bottle of water for 2.75, not a hard choice. I did like the airport though, as soon as you step off the plane there are two ladies handing out free samples of banana and coconut rum. That's when I new I was in where I should be.

I'd have to bet that the beer that is most requested worldwide would be the famous English/Mexican beer. The el Presidente of Cervesa's...........I've ordered many myself.

Sierra Nevada. I was so glad to find it at Reys in Panama. What a relief from the other Mexican and Central American beers that seem to be following the path to carbonated water that all the major Norte Americano brewers are going. I would agree that they would work only if the water supply is contaminated.

Cheap beer...I hate spilling expencive beer..it ruins my mood..and I dont alow bottles of beer on board either unless at dock.

My fridg has 3, 18 packs of Bush Beer in it at all times and 2 more stached under the aft bunk...Thoes are all mine... what are you bringing to drink?..

If I'm drinking cheap beer I'll take a Beast Lite. I've polished away many a can hanging out with old friends at night on the docks with this beer....good times!
