I'm inland in Tallahassee FL but found here the best ethnic provisioning ever. Worth a special trip from JAX or southwest Florida port cities if you want to stock up. In Haverty's shopping center on Apalachee Parkway check the "Asian" store, which carries everything from Hawaiian to Jamaican. A few doors away is a smaller Indian store. A bit north, just south of WalMart is another Asian store. Bags of every type of rice I ever and never heard of plus canned everything. Also fresh foods including durian and a fish market. My brother, who lives in Manhattan, said he'd never seen the like so I'm thinking it's impressive. The Indian store is especially good for flours made from everything but wheat. Browsing is fun; buying is irresistible.

Alas, no essentials (e.g. booze) but the ABC is across the street. Incidentally, the name of the shopping center is Cross Creek (remember the Marjorie Kinnan Douglass novel)
