Thumbs up New Vancouver Island Marina

Just here to say hi, and let everyone know that we have recieved approvals and started infastructure construction on phase 1 of a marina project located in Chemainus (Gulf Islands). Phase 1 exclusive, includes condo sales tied to pernament moorage. This marina is full service and large boat friendly. Any sugestions on project amenities would be very much appreciated as we are just completing the design drawings. Hope to see some of you in the summer of 2010!!

Good luck on your project. I'll never be able to afford such a thing but it is nice to know that they might be available to my wealthy friends.
Kind regards,
JohnL

Will it be anything like Sydney, (Vanc. Is.) BC?

Chemainus, the city of mural's I think. You can never really have enough Beer, Money, and Marina's (well OK sometimes you can have too much beer). There is definately a shortage of slips on the island and I am sure she is filling up with deposits as you build. Can't wait till opening day.

Thanks, it's been a long grind to get to the construction stage. We are currently talking to perspective buyers to tailor it do there needs. (condo & moorage)
