New to sailing

Hello all. We just bought our first sailboat to learn on. 1985 Sovereign Adventure 23. Got one hell of a deal. We have already had her out a couple times on the ICW near Clearwater.
Once I get a couple of things upgraded on her, we will be looking to head down to the keys for a couple weeks.
We are also new to Florida, recent transplants from overpriced Colorado (the new California)
I am also a licensed pilot, amateur radio operator, Harley owner.

It's 21 degrees F along the front range right now. That's warm up from yesterday's 12 degrees. Shucks! You are missing all the fun Enjoy the boat and warm (er) weather!

I do not miss the cold and snow where I was just north of Denver.
