G'Day Ecosse,
As an expat Aussie (but born a Glaswegian) good to see you with us despite the wierd recommendations.

I sympathise with Gord and his web research, and suggest one could shove the choice of beer somewhere dark and warm. No where near enough chemicals in that stuff to make it even palatable.

Ah for a VB.

Happy Hogmanay

Awrra best Swagman

Hi Swagman,
Would you be that same Swagman that was waltzing Matilda, or is that a wee bit before your time?
Beer!! seems like we've hit on a favourite subject but I'm really not prejudiced; I've drunk stuff that would take the enamel off your teeth but all in the name of "research" you understand.
The only beer(s) I draw the line at are the chemical concoctions marketed as "beer" in the US. Suffice to say. they don't call it Buttwiper for nothing.
Have a great Christmas (I know that's not PC but, have you ever tried to teach an old dog to sit?) and a great Hogmanay.
Ecosse.
