Hi From Calgary

I must come clean I've been lurking here for over a year. In that short space of time I have got to say I have learnt a ton, an am looking forward to learning so much more. Originally from South Africa sailed as a kid, been landlocked Calgary in the great white north for 14 years and looking out at the snow outside I'm getting itchy to cast off the lines. So many great boats having trouble committing, 2015 will be the year, Lagoon or Leopard maybe even an FP. Thought I had it narrowed down. Muzungu will be her name - back to my African roots means wandering around aimlessly! Looking forward to becoming an active forum participant.

Re: Hi From Calgary

Welcome aboard, Haig,

Neat name, almost like wandering for its own sake. Also, it sounds cool.

Re: Hi From Calgary

Howdy Haig and Welcome Aboard!

You have been reading this forum longer than me, but I share your enjoyment and appreciation of it and for sailing.

I also like the Muzungu name and meaning.

The boats you are considering are all nice ones too. Good luck on your decision to pick one. Tough choices.
