Hi All!

Looking at getting back into sailing after being on power boats a while.

Started sailing on Kentucky Lake in the late 70s ang bought our first boat, a 19' O'Day Mariner. Moved up to a 24' Seafarer that needed a lot of TLC in a year.

Moved from the area and about 10 years later moved to the Houston area and got a 33' Endeavor on Galveston Bay. A couple years later it was back to Kentucky. Decided to go with power boats for a while and went through a 23', 27' and 22' Sea Rays. When the daughter got into horses the boat had to go.

Now that the baby is in Grad school and on her own we bought a 30' Sea Ray that we keep in Panama City. We enjoy the boat, but still miss the sailing, so in December we're heading to Tortola for 5 days of sailing. We were there about 10 years ago to do the US Sail cruising courses.

If we enjoy ourselves as much as we think we'll probably put the Sundancer on the market in the spring.

Anyhow, just introducing myself and looking forward to lurking around.

Bud.
