Hello from S/V Rocinante (Carlos & Maria)

Good day folks!

Just a quick post to say hello.

My wife and I started toying with the idea of cruising back in 2002.
I joined a lot of forums (sailnet, lats & atts, SSCA, etc.) and learned a lot from some really great people. As we get ready to jump back in again, I started visiting some of my old haunts and in the process found you folks.

A bit about us:
We've been together for a bit over 30 years, we're members of SSCA (Seven Seas Cruising Association) we started out on a Catalina 30 TR and currently own a Hanse 400e (Rocinante) that we hope to get back to before this winter!

Our last trip was back in 2006-2007.
We spent a bit over 10 months aboard Rocinante sailing from Saquatucket Harbor in Harwich Port, MA to Key West and North again to Maryland where Rocinante still awaits our return.

That's probably more than anybody really wants to know, but figured I'd jump in with both feet ;-)

G'Day Carlos and Maria,
Welcome the the site and we hope you guys find it as valuable as we do.
Cheers
JOHN
PS You've got a nice choice in boats. We did have a 461 - it sailed well.
