Greetings, everyone!

I am new to the forums, but not new to sailing. I lived aboard for more than a decade in Alaskan waters, raising my kids afloat, until the fall out from divorce forced me to part from my beloved 37' Esprit. For the last 10 years we have moved around as my career required (hotel management) until chance brought me a change of job and landed us in Olympia, WA. Now, with my kids (mostly) grown, I am yearning to be back afloat.

I lived aboard and cruised with my family for several years until economics and a family put me back on land. Now 30 years later I have another boat and almost ready to do it again so I know it can be done.
