Hello all from Cape Town

We purchased a 42 Ft Lagoon cat from Dream Yacht Charter in 2019.
Next year September our boat comes out the charter fleet in Greece.
I have a load of questions on flagging, VAT, insurance etc.
We are South African but I also have a British passport, as I was born there.
The boat has a French flag and lives in Paros, Greece.

Any advise or help would be greatly appreciated.
