Another Michigan Sailor

I too sail in Michigan and have just joined the board. We have some sailing pictures and a couple of short videos posted on our dramatically titled web site Voyages of the June Bug:

Voyages of the June Bug

For you other Great Lakes sailors, did any of you experience the derecho last July 17?

Wonderful pictures. Do you sail in west Michigan lakes? Are you going to Strictly sail this weekend?

We sail primarily in Lake Michigan and Northern Lake Huron, though my wife has suggested we lock through to eastern Lake Superior. It would be nice, but I like the warmer water down south...

We keep our boat in Manistee, but live in GR.

We will be going to Strictly Sail, its an annual event for us!

We will be at Strictly Sail Saturday. I am a teacher and the school district I work at has the unreasonable expectation that I will actually show up and perform my job duties.

One can always hope for a snow day though!
