Adams 35 with roller furling main

Hi! First post so hope I'm in the right place. We are looking for a off shore cruising yacht -have mostly worked on traditional timber tallships/gaffers. Looking for something that we will enjoy but is not going to become an obsession ie a traditional timber yacht! We have found a very nice adams 35 steel with inboom roller furling main and headsail. Found positive postings on Adams 35s as offshore cruisers- would you agree? How well do they sail, particularly offshore? But have very little idea about the inboom roller furling? How do the go in heavy weather? Whats the sail performance like?
fair winds!

Thanks John, I've now realised there are better places than meet and greet to pose such questions.
Cheers
