Trucking from Ohio to FL would be $15k or so. I usually recommend J Daniel Marine for an exact quote: http://www.jdanielmarine.com/

Re: shipping my boat

You should call for a quote.

There is no way to accurately guess a price with the information you've given so far. We'd especially have to know the dimensions of your boat.

If my boat was 6" shorter (height), it would be $2,000 for Charleston, SC to North of Atlanta, GA. But, since it will be over 13'6" tall on the trailer, it'll be $4,000. If it went over 14'6" tall, the price goes up astronomically.

It is 13' 11" wide. It it was over 14' wide, the price would go up another $2k.

How many states, and which ones you have to go through can make a few hundred dollars difference.

Those prices are just for transportation. Doesn't cover haul-out and crane service on either end.

Never know too if you could get a good rate during boat show season with a trucker who just dropped off a load. I wouldn't be surprised if all things on the low end you could find a quote of closer to $5k. $15k is my worst case estimate. Haul costs on each end should be less than $1k.
