Photo of AC 72 capsize that you have rights to use

I am working on a non commercial presentation on design that I would like to use a photo of Oracle Team USA capsized AC72 from earlier this year. A photo of the capsize or of the recovery would be cool.

This would need to be a photo that you can grant me rights to use, as opposed to one simply copied off the web from the Oracle or the AP sites.
