Re: Nautical Oddities

Short online article on the Exbury Egg: The floating off-grid workspace and home including many more pictures.

Why haven't we seen this in the pages of Wooden Boat Magazine?

Re: Nautical Oddities

I hesitate to post this, but . . . can't not post it:

http://kotaku.com/japanese-artist-wa...boat-554259407

A small excerpt, to let you know if you want to click through:
"Japanese artist Rokudenashiko has a dream. She wants to make a "pussy boat", like an actual boat (well canoe). Oh, she also wants people to chill out about vaginas, too."

Re: Nautical Oddities

I know I have been guilty of it too but it'd be better if we posted a photo rather than a link. The coolest guy at the boat ramp has already been posted here and we're getting a lot of repeats because they are disguised as links.

Just sayin'

I really like this thread and click on it everytime something new appears but then have to do a link to find out if I've seen it before. Rather time consuming.

kind regards,

Re: Modernizing a Prout Elite 37ft

Here are a few pictures of an old cat that has been lengthened and changed into a powercat. I was anchored next to him a few weeks ago.
Someone did a real nice job upgrading it.

Re: Nautical Oddities

Customers do supply their own.
All they have to do is take the two bottom steps and nail them to the top half and turn the ladder end for end. But that would be out of norm.

It is a security system - No one heavier than them will make it on board.
