HELP WITH REGISTRATION NEEDED

Hello

My father bought a Norway boat. We are from Poland.
He would like to register the boat in Sweden.
To be honest people in offices barely speaks english so we cant get the right help with informations.
My father want to register the boat in Sweden and then transport thw boat from Norway to Sweden or to Poland first.
What we need to do to register and also be allowed to sail on the international waters but under Swedish flag?
Please help.

Probably be Swedish citizens or residents I suspect.

You would need to contact the Swedish authorities, and while English may be a common tongue, it is not their tongue and not your tongue, so I'd suggest writing to them in Polish with a computer translation (Google Translate or the Babblefish or both) into Swedish attached, to give them a fighting chance of understanding the question.

Usually you must be a citizen of a nation to flag a boat there, but there are sometimes other options available. You'd have to ask the Swedes to be sure.

Under 24m , you can apply to the Swedish Cruising Association, who issue International Certifcates for pleasure boats ( rather like the SSR) as ever helpful swedes they accept the paperwork in English

There is no requirement under that size to get a full ships register.
