Bar in Aruba

About 10 years ago, my husband and I drove to the interior of Aruba looking for a special "hole in the wall" bar. It was "infamous". Does any body have any idea the name of the bar or where it could be found ? I know this is obscure - but I am hoping for a serious answer.

That bar where Natalie Holloway disappeared from was called "Carlos and Charlie's" I think. I hear it has quite a reputation, aside from Holloway vanishing.
