Liveaboard Marina in North Florida

I need a marina for liveaboard soon. I will be working near Perry Florida.
Anybody know of any on Steinhatchee River?
I called River Haven Marina and was told it was Ok. I stopped by to look around there today and another employee told me it was not allowed full time. I am in desperate need. Is there an city ordinance against liveaboard or does marina decide. I only plan on staying 4 nights a week.
