Any suggestions for marinas in Jacksonville FL that are freindly and clean?

The Ortega River Yacht Club Marina and Ortega Landing are both on the Ortega River west of downtown and allow at least a limited number of liveaboards.

+1 for Ortega River Yacht Club Marina. Don't let the yacht club name scare you off, very casual place, no initiation fees or anything like that. We would still be keeping our boat there but we moved out of the area.

Another vote for Ortega River Yacht Club. Clean showers, friendly group of people, good management, reasonable rates and easy sailing in and out. Was there for about 6 months and it was very good experience. Plus you can walk to a nice shopping center with a huge Publix, about a dozen restaurants, a Starbucks and a giant used bookstore is right across the street.

I lived just up the street. Nice area, good for jogging / walking, affordable restaurants.
