Just getting started with a 97 Cruiser 3650

A few months ago my wife and I decided to move away from conventional living and move onto a boat. Our experience is very limited with being liveaboards and so I looked for a forum where we could find guidance and support from an already established community.

We live in Toronto Canada and have spent the last several month looking at boats that would make going from a home to a boat an enjoyable transistion and the Cruiser 3650 stood apart from the carvers, stingrays we've looked at. We have some concerns about costs related to maintenance, slip fees, fuel economy...and the huge learning curve that that the concept of living on a boat has produced for us.

We'd like some feedback that existing liveaboards have to offer newbies and also feedback from anyone who knows about the needs of living aboard a Cruiser 3650 specifically. Thank you.
