Baltimore Winter Liveaboard

Does anyone know what's the cheapest (reasonably nice) place to liveaboard in the winter in Baltimore?

For my 28' boat, Anchorage Marina seems a bit pricey at $460 a month
BMC Harborview (if they do liveaboards?) would be $896 for the whole season
BMC Lighthouse Point looks like $350 per month
And the Harbor East Marina (if they do liveaboards) looks like $250 a month?

It would be nice to be with some other nice people. A shower and a treadmill and laundry would be awesome. Definitely prefer to be in the Fells, but Anchorage is pretty pricey.

Looking to make a move soon! Currently in Middle River.

We are currently in Anchorage Marina and like it a lot so far. There is a boater's lounge with flat screen TV and WIFI as well as a laundry. Prices are by slip length--so, use the shortest slip you can get by with. Also, individual slip owners may rent at lower rates than the marina charges for the same slip. The location is great for groceries and all kinds of great restaurants!
