Already in the Caribbean: Journey of Makai

Well we are in the Caribbean . The decsion to go was made by the Admiral, Sharon. She called from work one say asking if we could go sailing. My reply is we go sailing every weekend. Her respone, " for a year!"....i thought about it for a second and said yes. That was Sept 2003, we cast off lines in the Chesapeake Bay March 21, 2004.

We worked our way down the coast and thru the Bahamas to spend huricane season in Bonaire.

We have been keeping friends, family, and contact with other cruisers via our website.
