Seeking Upper Chesapeake winter storage

Hi all, we are slowly taking the Great Loop around the US and in mid-October/November plan to haul our 42' trawler out for the winter. In late spring we'll continue our journey heading north out of the Chesapeake, so storing the boat on the north end of the bay seems to make sense.

We'd like low cost and the ability to do our own work if we care to. I've heard that lower bay storage can be had for about $200 month and about $300 to haul, spray, block and relaunch. Any chance for similar pricing north of the Potomac or preferably north of Annapolis or Baltimore?

If you have suggestions, please include recent prices vs just suggesting a place I should check.
