Brand new oil-fired central heating boiler. 250 gal oil tank. Mains water and 3 phase mains electricity. 500 gal holding tank. With 2 dance floors, Bars, Stainless steel kitchen, sauna and fetish room - this is an unusual opportunity to get straight into a new business in a fast up and coming loction at a bargain price!" (£150k)

Boats And Outboards: Other Commercial Boat for sale , 142' function ship on prime mooring

An opportunity to really put the cruising into cruising??

Actually a few years ago I did chat over a proposal with a mate about leasing a small cruise ship with her "destination" being solely international waters..........and figuring out what the most lucrative selling points / facilities on board would be / what we could get away with

Yes, I have few morals. I'm a Jerseyman

Send a message via AIM to sluissa
sounds good to me, if only I had that much money to risk on such an investment... or that much money period... rather spend a bit on a smaller boat though and just put the rest into a kitty to live off of for a while

Thanks for sharing that uplifting message.
I’m sure the informative content justifies the salacious & prurient message (probative value exceeds the prejudicial).

Not to get political, (ok, it's political) but stuff like that makes the terrorists want to kill us.

I'm just confused about one thing . . . how did the word "straight" slip into the copy?

mmmmmm and their was me thinking it may be more from a side effect of several hundred years of the West crapping on the locals, fleecing them of their resources, keeping them from developing economically and politically......amazing how ungrateful some of these folks can be

BTW I am not actually against this policy, purely cos' it's not me being fed the sh#tty end of that stick

Ok, this was fun, but let's keep it harmless & apolitical.
Sarcasm being rude, I admit I was (rude) - sorry.

So, there was an ad in a local SF paper...
Boat wanted to rent during week days. Will supply bedding. Day use only. Will not be sailed."
HMMMM... I guess it COULD be a night shift guy working out of town. Or....
I guess maybe it is just my prurient nature

I have to point something out to respond to Steve B... I don't think that's really it. I think it's more that we're driving tanks through their backyards and supporting the stealing of their land. I don't think they "hate us for our freedom" either. I think it's more the tanks and whatnot.

Whoops, sorry.

I keep seeing these statements by people, and feel compelled to respond. Apologize for responding to such political comments.
