Nutrition and provisioning business

Hi all. Just looking for input on how plausible making decent (you define) money while living aboard is with the skills that I have. See the attached file- rough I know- I'm still in the research phase. Thanks!

PS. All of my listed skills are school-trained. I'm self-taught on many things, but these aren't those.

Sounds a bit iffy. I had a good friend that took all the backpacking recipes we had and tried to do it as a business for outfitting long trips. It wasn't that great even though the food was. I even started buying my own food there (with a bit of a discount) and it went along for a while then they sold it and probably a good thing too. Selling food just isn't a high margin business. Custom food gets to be intense work for low pay. Selling food advice is probably doomed out of the shoot unless you sell the food too. If you handle meat the FDA will kill you with red tape and paper work. It's one of those times when being vegetarian could be healthy for business.

Living aboard a boat is just where you live. It really isn't anything special as far as working for a living. There isn't some advantage that just comes to you because you want to live on a boat. Business is still business. Don't lose sight about that.

Last advice. Promoting a cruising business here is ill advised. It's OK to talk about stuff but trolling for business here gets you in trouble. Just so you don't get the wrong idea keeps it all friendly.

Thanks. I had heard about doctors, dentists, nurses plying their trades while cruising and wondered if the need extended to clinical nutritionists. Since I also have training as a military logistician and a chef, I wanted to put those skills out there as well. In theory, these occupations tie together well; I decided that I needed to do some 'real life' market research to see. I definitely wasn't trolling (though I can see that some might have taken it that way), as that would require me to have much more than the document I attached before I even thought about starting any business.

It being my first post probably didn't help, but I asked the question I had!
