My listing in Boat US would be:
Licensed 500t captain with 30 years blue water experience, delivering dinghies to megayachts, doesn't drink, smoke, easy to get along with--only one small vice*

Seriously, if one of these listing websites wants to add value to the equation, they need to vet the candidates: captains, crew, and boats. I would pay someone who I could trust to tell me whether the captain, crew, or boat was really any good or not.
