Anybody on Key Largo?

So there's an ad for a husband-and-wife management team at the Key Lime Sailing/Cottages in Key Largo. Free slip for us, plus a little income. Anybody been to this place recently? I see the pics, and realize it is not a high-end resort -- which is fine -- but I don't want to spend flight money to go down and check it out if it's really down and out. (We're in New England right now.)

Also, any first-hand knowledge about the owner, Paul? Does the place have a "history?"

I've lived in Key Largo for almost 20 years. That place is pretty cool. From the road, you can't tell it. But they have a few little cottages right on the Florida Bay (Gulf side) at mile marker 99.5. Just off their little beach, they have a few pastel-colored Catalina 22s on moorings. It's a quirky, "Keysey" kinda place. I had friends that stayed there once. Pretty cool little joint. If you have a chance to escape those New England winters to work in paradise, I do it! Not sure what the pay is, but you can't beat the sunset views from there everyday. It's also centrally located in Key Largo & walking/biking distance from everything you need. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to message me or post on here.
