Hi, We have a country hotel with a 13 year remaining lease. It has a mix of bar, bistro and accommodation with seperate workers accom in addition to hotel rooms. We are two hours from Bundy, Maryborough, Sunshine Coast. No immediate competition, a good steady reliable business. Easily handled by husband and wife. We employ a cook and cleaner (part time).

We are looking for a cruising yacht, that has been well looked after for two people. Must be minimum 38ft.

Our price on the pub is $95K neg. plus SAV around $10-12K. BAS and figures available to serious traders. Return on investment, approx one year. Like I said it's a solid business. Trade your sea home, for a land home for awhile?

We have had several yachts and hubby is a sailor of some 50 years plus. We are not selling a dog so please dont offer us a dog, might as well get that one straight, sorry to be blunt, but no time wasters please.
